He directs an international Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship training Program whereby younger orthopaedic surgeons from around the world and Australia spend 6 months learning about advanced practice in shoulder and elbow surgery.
Dr Dallalana coordinates clinical research with the University of Melbourne, supporting the development and evaluation of improved surgical techniques and patient outcomes. He is actively involved in professional education, research collaboration, and peer leadership within the orthopaedic community.
