Fees
Consultation fees for appointments with Dr Richard Dallalana, shoulder and elbow surgeon in Melbourne, are payable in full on the day of your visit. A portion of the fee may be claimable through Medicare, depending on your referral and eligibility. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, or Mastercard.
WorkSafe and TAC patients are welcome; however, standard consultation fees must be paid on the day of the appointment. This includes a required co-payment in addition to any rebates you may receive.
